Job description

We're a full-service digital marketing agency hiring an editor for our creative team. Most of your week is spent in the timeline, cutting video for local and national clients across social, digital, and broadcast. Editing is the core of the job, but there's regular opportunity to get on set and shoot.

We care more about your reel than your resume.

You'll be:

Editing short and long-form video start to finish: cut, color, sound, titles, delivery
Building motion graphics in After Effects and Resolve (lower thirds, logo animations, kinetic type, transitions)
Taking raw footage and a rough direction and coming back with something better than what was asked for
Shooting on client and studio projects as opportunities come up
Running several client projects at once on tight deadlines

You need:

A strong editing reel or portfolio
DaVinci Resolve, including Fusion and the color page
Adobe After Effects
Real motion graphics ability: clean type, good timing, animation that serves the story
Speed, organization, and creative instinct

Nice to have: camera and lighting experience, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, sound design, 3D (Blender or C4D), agency experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
