Sales and Marketing Manager – Apartment Community

Pay: From $17/hour + performance bonus

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Location: Bay City, TX

We are looking for a confident, dependable, and sales-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help increase occupancy and support daily property operations.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and market the apartment community
Follow up with prospects and close leases
Conduct apartment tours
Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
Assist with resident relations, collections, and office operations
Track leads, follow-ups, and leasing results

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong sales, follow-up, and closing skills
Is comfortable working toward goals and performance targets
Is outgoing, organized, and self-motivated
Has experience in leasing, sales, marketing
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Apartment leasing experience is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other industries (insurance, banking, retail sales, account management, or another goal-driven customer-facing role) are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
