Seoul Hotdog | Lynnwood, WA

Seoul Hotdog is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Restaurant Team Member who can work as a prep/basic cook and cashier. This is a cross-trained position, so you’ll rotate between preparing and cooking food, supporting kitchen operations, and helping customers at the register.

We’re looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality, and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs help.

What You’ll Do

Cook / Kitchen

Cook Korean-style hot dogs, fries, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Batter, bread, fry, season, sauce, and assemble menu items
Monitor fryer temperatures and cook times to ensure food is prepared properly
Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep
Restock ingredients, sauces, packaging, and kitchen supplies throughout the shift
Maintain consistent portion sizes, presentation, and food quality
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
Keep fryers, prep stations, counters, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

Cashier / Customer Service

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Take orders accurately using the POS system
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Process payments accurately
Prepare and package dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders
Keep the front counter, dining area, and customer-facing spaces clean and organized

Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Restaurant, cooking, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required - we’re happy to train the right person

Schedule: Part-time (shifts are either from 1030-330pm or 330-830pm)
