Job description
The Opportunity
Ubique Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care team and serve as a front-line point of contact for the customers who depend on us every day. This role is at the heart of the customer experience: resolving inquiries, untangling order and service issues, and making sure every interaction leaves the customer better off than when it started.
This is a foundational role on our Customer Experience team, with a clear path to grow as you build expertise in our products, processes, and customers.

Own each customer interaction from first contact through resolution, meeting service level, quality, and productivity goals along the way.
-
Exercise sound judgment within defined guidelines, prioritizing and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions, and flag recurring issues that could improve our processes or products.
-
Bring a professional, customer-focused mindset to every interaction, and contribute positively to team culture and shared goals.
What We're Looking For
-
Experience in customer service, sales, order fulfillment, retail, contact center operations, or e-commerce.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective listening and de-escalation ability.
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
-
Ability to learn and apply established processes, systems, and procedures quickly.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or similar customer relationship management platforms.
-
A track record of accountability, adaptability, and follow-through in a team-based environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Benefits:
We offer a competitive benefit package that includes:
