Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Start Date: as soon as possible

Pay Range: $22 – $24 per hour (based on education, training, and experience)

Position Overview

The Operations Administrative Assistant supports the whole school with major responsibilities for the day-to-day logistics of receiving and restocking supplies and equipment. This is a part-time, academic-year position ideal for someone who is a detailed observer, creative thinker, and collaborative teammate that enjoys working in a school setting.

In this role, you will primarily assist the Business Office while you also contribute positively to the broader school community through teamwork and communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Business Office and school administrative team

  • Oversee the daily logistics of receiving and restocking supplies and equipment

  • Help maintain an organized, respectful, and safe environment

  • Model and encourage kindness, self-control, and responsibility

  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and school leadership

  • Collaborate with colleagues across program levels

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Two or more years of administrative experience preferred

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s license

  • Ability to meet requirements (preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate), including:

o Background check

o TB test

o First Aid/CPR

o Bloodborne pathogens training
