Full-Time | Starting at $68,000, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications
CORPUS is looking for a hands-on Junior Marketing Manager to join our small, fast-moving team in West Hollywood.
This is an execution-focused digital marketing role for someone with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. The primary focus will be paid digital marketing, with the opportunity to work across social, creators, email and other areas of a growing consumer brand.
You must have direct, hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working inside the platforms day-to-day, understands the fundamentals of performance marketing, and is interested in continuing to develop those skills.
The role reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with our Founder, designers and outside partners.
PRIMARY FOCUS: PAID MEDIA + PERFORMANCE

Manage the day-to-day execution of Meta and Google Ads

Build, launch, monitor and optimize campaigns

Work toward established CPA, ROAS and revenue goals

Monitor performance and flag opportunities for improvement

Use Triple Whale and platform reporting to understand performance across channels

Prepare regular reporting that helps us understand what happened, why and what we should test next

Help maintain an ongoing testing calendar across creative, audiences, messaging and campaign structure

Work closely with the Marketing Manager on performance strategy and priorities
CREATIVE + CONTENT

Use performance data to help identify creative trends and opportunities

Develop creative briefs and requests for our designers and creators

Contribute ideas for ad concepts, hooks, messaging and copy

Work with our design team to coordinate and test new creative

Help manage organic Instagram and TikTok content, calendars and posting

Support community engagement across social channels
You will not be expected to be a designer or art director. We have a creative team for that. Your role is to help identify what is working, contribute ideas and make sure we continue developing and testing the content we need.
CREATORS + INFLUENCERS

Help identify and outreach to creators and influencers

Coordinate product seeding and UGC

Support paid creator relationships and content deliverables

Help identify creator content that may be suitable for paid media
EMAIL + DIGITAL

Support email marketing through Klaviyo

Assist with campaigns, content and basic reporting

Klaviyo experience is preferred, but not required

Help identify opportunities to improve the digital customer journey
GROWTH + BROADER MARKETING
Digital marketing will be the primary focus of this role, but we are a small team and everyone has the opportunity to work across different areas of the business.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2–3 years of relevant marketing experience
-
Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience required

Hands-on Google Ads experience required
-
Experience working with a consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand

Beauty, personal care or adjacent category experience preferred
-
A working understanding of CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion and other core digital KPIs

Comfortable working with performance data and analytics
-
Triple Whale experience preferred

Strong writing and communication skills

Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects
-
Analytical, curious and commercially minded
-
Creative thinker who is also comfortable with numbers

Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a small, entrepreneurial team
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop or retail media is a plus, but not required.
A college degree is not required. Relevant experience and demonstrated ability matter more to us.

THE ROLE
This is primarily a full-time, in-office position based in West Hollywood, with an expected 4–5 days per week in the office.
We believe this role benefits from working closely with the team, designers and Founder, so this is not a remote position.
For an exceptional candidate, we may consider a part-time arrangement of no fewer than three full days per week.
Salary starts at $68,000, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
